Mr. Arnold Jackson admitted to Jefferson Manor from the VA Hospital following multiple complications. Arnold worked hard with physical and occupational therapy to regain his strength and independence. After 19 days of hard work, Arnold discharged to an Assisted Living Facility in Indiana near his daughter’s home. He is so excited to get to his new home and meet some new friends!
